Dr. Clarence Ing is the Medical Director of Weimar Center of Health and Education’s NEWSTART Lifestyle Program. He is also President of the NEWSTART Medical Clinic. Dr. Ing is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, a Diplomate of the American Board of Preventative Medicine, and a Fellow of the American College of Preventative Medicine.

Dr. Ing received his medical training at Loma Linda University Medical School, where he also received a Master’s degree in Public Health. He has worked and lectured internationally, teaching wellness principles across Asia, Africa, Australia, and Europe. Dr. Ing has also lectured for Reversing Diabetes and Obesity Seminars since 1997.

Dr. Ing has worked to develop corporate wellness programs for many organizations including Singapore Airlines, Motorola, and Hewlett Packard. He has also consulted with government organizations on health and wellness. Dr. Ing and his wife May, NEWSTART Nutritionist, have five adult children. They enjoy an active lifestyle including photography, diving, running, and skiing.
